\u6240\u63d0\u4f9b\u7684\u6240\u6709\u670d\u52a1\uff0c\u5305\u62ec\u8bb8\u53ef\u8bc1\u534f\u8c03\u3001\u5408\u89c4\u7ba1\u7406\u3001\u6587\u4ef6\u5ba1\u6838\u3001\u6d77\u5173\u7533\u62a5\u51c6\u5907\u3001\u67e5\u9a8c\u534f\u8c03\u53ca\u6d77\u5173\u653e\u884c\u534f\u52a9\u7b49\u670d\u52a1\u3002<\/p><p>\u5ba2\u6237\uff08\u4ee5\u4e0b\u7b80\u79f0\u201c\u6536\u8d27\u4eba\u201d\uff09\u59d4\u6258 DPX \u63d0\u4f9b\u670d\u52a1\uff0c\u5373\u8868\u793a\u5176\u540c\u610f\u5e76\u63a5\u53d7\u672c\u6761\u6b3e\uff0c\u5e76\u786e\u8ba4 DPX \u4e25\u683c\u6309\u7167\u672c\u6761\u6b3e\u6240\u89c4\u5b9a\u7684\u670d\u52a1\u8303\u56f4\u5f00\u5c55\u5de5\u4f5c\u3002<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><ol start=\"2\"><li><strong> 2. \u670d\u52a1\u6027\u8d28\u53ca\u4e1a\u52a1\u8303\u56f4 <\/strong><\/li><\/ol><p>DPX \u4ec5\u4f5c\u4e3a**\u5408\u89c4\u670d\u52a1\u8fd0\u8425\u65b9\uff08Compliance Operator\uff09**\u5f00\u5c55\u4e1a\u52a1\u3002 <strong>Compliance Operator<\/strong>.<\/p><p>DPX \u4e0d\uff1a<\/p><ul><li>\u5b9e\u9645\u5904\u7406\u6216\u64cd\u4f5c\u8d27\u7269<\/li><li>\u7ecf\u8425\u5361\u8f66\u3001\u5806\u573a\u6216\u4ed3\u5e93<\/li><li>\u63d0\u4f9b\u8fd0\u8f93\u6216\u8d27\u8fd0\u4ee3\u7406\u670d\u52a1<\/li><li>\u4f5c\u4e3a\u8d27\u7269\u7684\u8fdb\u53e3\u5546\u3001\u6536\u8d27\u4eba\u6216\u6240\u6709\u4eba<\/li><li>\u4ece\u4e8b\u8d27\u7269\u8d38\u6613\u3001\u91c7\u8d2d\u6216\u4f9b\u5e94<\/li><li>\u627f\u62c5\u8d27\u7269\u8fd0\u8f93\u3001\u50a8\u5b58\u6216\u4ea4\u4ed8\u7684\u8d23\u4efb<\/li><\/ul><p>DPX \u7684\u670d\u52a1\u8303\u56f4\u4ec5\u9650\u4e8e\uff1a<\/p><ul><li>\u5408\u89c4\u5ba1\u6838<\/li><li>\u8bb8\u53ef\u8bc1\u534f\u8c03<\/li><li>\u6587\u4ef6\u5ba1\u6838\u4e0e\u9a8c\u8bc1<\/li><li>\u6d77\u5173\u7533\u62a5\u51c6\u5907<\/li><li>\u67e5\u9a8c\u534f\u8c03<\/li><li>\u6d77\u5173\u653e\u884c\u534f\u52a9<\/li><li>\u6cd5\u89c4\u4e0e\u76d1\u7ba1\u54a8\u8be2<\/li><\/ul><p>\u6240\u6709\u5b9e\u9645\u8d27\u7269\u64cd\u4f5c\u5747\u7531\u6536\u8d27\u4eba\u6216\u5176\u6307\u5b9a\u7684\u7269\u6d41\u670d\u52a1\u63d0\u4f9b\u5546\u8d1f\u8d23\u3002<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><ol start=\"3\"><li><strong> \u6536\u8d27\u4eba\u7684\u8d23\u4efb <\/strong><\/li><\/ol><p>\u6536\u8d27\u4eba\u987b\u8d1f\u8d23\u53ca\u65f6\u63d0\u4f9b\u5b8c\u6574\u3001\u51c6\u786e\u53ca\u771f\u5b9e\u7684\u6587\u4ef6\uff0c\u5305\u62ec\u4f46\u4e0d\u9650\u4e8e\uff1a<\/p><ul><li>\u5546\u4e1a\u53d1\u7968<\/li><li>\u88c5\u7bb1\u5355<\/li><li>\u63d0\u5355 \/ \u7a7a\u8fd0\u63d0\u5355<\/li><li>HS \u7f16\u7801\u7533\u62a5\u8d44\u6599<\/li><li>\u4ea7\u54c1\u89c4\u683c\u53ca\u76f8\u5173\u8d44\u6599<\/li><li>\u6240\u9700\u8bb8\u53ef\u8bc1\u6216\u8bc1\u4e66<\/li><li>\u9a6c\u6765\u897f\u4e9a\u76f8\u5173\u653f\u5e9c\u673a\u6784\u8981\u6c42\u63d0\u4f9b\u7684\u5176\u4ed6\u6587\u4ef6<\/li><\/ul><p>\u5982\u56e0\u4ee5\u4e0b\u539f\u56e0\u9020\u6210\u4efb\u4f55\u5ef6\u8bef\u3001\u7f5a\u6b3e\u6216\u989d\u5916\u8d39\u7528\uff0cDPX \u6982\u4e0d\u8d1f\u8d23\uff1a<\/p><ul><li>\u6587\u4ef6\u4e0d\u5b8c\u6574<\/li><li>HS \u7f16\u7801\u4e0d\u51c6\u786e<\/li><li>\u7f3a\u5c11\u5fc5\u8981\u8bb8\u53ef\u8bc1<\/li><li>\u5ef6\u8fdf\u63d0\u4ea4\u6587\u4ef6<\/li><li>\u6536\u8d27\u4eba\u63d0\u4f9b\u7684\u8d44\u6599\u4e0d\u6b63\u786e<\/li><\/ul><p>\u6536\u8d27\u4eba\u5fc5\u987b\u786e\u4fdd\u63d0\u4ea4\u7ed9 DPX \u7684\u6240\u6709\u8d44\u6599\u771f\u5b9e\u3001\u51c6\u786e\uff0c\u5e76\u7b26\u5408\u9a6c\u6765\u897f\u4e9a\u8fdb\u53e3\u76f8\u5173\u6cd5\u89c4\u3002<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><ol start=\"4\"><li><strong> \u5408\u89c4\u53ca\u8bb8\u53ef\u8bc1\u5904\u7406 <\/strong><\/li><\/ol><p>DPX \u6839\u636e\u6536\u8d27\u4eba\u6240\u63d0\u4f9b\u7684\u6587\u4ef6\u53ca\u8d44\u6599\uff0c\u534f\u52a9\u8fdb\u884c\u8bb8\u53ef\u8bc1\u7533\u8bf7\u53ca\u76f8\u5173\u5408\u89c4\u6d41\u7a0b\u3002<\/p><p>DPX \u4e0d\u4fdd\u8bc1\uff1a<\/p><ul><li>\u8bb8\u53ef\u8bc1\u4e00\u5b9a\u83b7\u6279<\/li><li>\u5904\u7406\u65f6\u95f4<\/li><li>\u6587\u4ef6\u4e00\u5b9a\u83b7\u63a5\u53d7<\/li><li>\u6700\u7ec8\u76d1\u7ba1\u7ed3\u679c<\/li><li>\u6d77\u5173\u6216\u653f\u5e9c\u673a\u6784\u7684\u67e5\u9a8c\u7ed3\u679c<\/li><\/ul><p>\u6240\u6709\u8bb8\u53ef\u8bc1\u7684\u6279\u51c6\u3001\u62d2\u7edd\u53ca\u5904\u7406\u65f6\u95f4\uff0c\u5747\u7531\u76f8\u5173\u653f\u5e9c\u673a\u6784\u81ea\u884c\u51b3\u5b9a\uff0c\u5305\u62ec\u4f46\u4e0d\u9650\u4e8e CIDB\u3001MITI\u3001MAQIS\u3001JPJ\u3001DOE\u3001NPRA\u3001MDA\u3001\u6d77\u5173\u7b49\u3002<\/p><p>\u5bf9\u4e8e\u56e0\u4ee5\u4e0b\u539f\u56e0\u9020\u6210\u7684\u5ef6\u8bef\uff0cDPX \u6982\u4e0d\u8d1f\u8d23\uff1a<\/p><ul><li>\u653f\u5e9c\u673a\u6784\u5904\u7406\u65f6\u95f4<\/li><\/ul><ul><li>\u7cfb\u7edf\u6545\u969c\u6216\u7cfb\u7edf\u505c\u673a<\/li><li>\u516c\u5171\u5047\u671f<\/li><li>\u6cd5\u89c4\u53d8\u66f4<\/li><li>\u65b0\u589e\u5408\u89c4\u8981\u6c42<\/li><li>\u67e5\u9a8c\u5b89\u6392\u53ca\u6392\u671f<\/li><\/ul><div>\u00a0<\/div><ol <\/strong><\/p><p>\u524d\u671f\u4ed8\u6b3e\u6db5\u76d6\uff1a<\/p><ul><li>\u5408\u89c4\u5ba1\u6838<\/li><li>\u6587\u4ef6\u5ba1\u6838\u4e0e\u9a8c\u8bc1<\/li><li>\u8bb8\u53ef\u8bc1\u534f\u8c03<\/li><li>pre-clearance audit<\/li><li>advisory<\/li><\/ul><p><strong>6.2 \u653e\u884c\u4ed8\u6b3e\uff0850%\uff09 <\/strong><\/p><p>\u524d\u671f\u4ed8\u6b3e\u6db5\u76d6\uff1a<\/p><ul><li>K1 DPX \u5728\u6d77\u5173\u3001\u6cd5\u89c4\u53ca\u8bb8\u53ef\u8bc1\u5904\u7406\u8fc7\u7a0b\u4e2d\u627f\u62c5\u4e0d\u5fc5\u8981\u7684\u8d22\u52a1\u53ca\u5408\u89c4\u98ce\u9669\u3002<\/p><p><strong>6.4 \u989d\u5916\u8d39\u7528 <\/strong><\/p><p>\u4ee5\u4e0b\u8d39\u7528\u5747\u7531\u6536\u8d27\u4eba\u5168\u989d\u627f\u62c5\uff1a<\/p><ul><li>\u5173\u7a0e\u53ca\u7a0e\u8d39<\/li><li>\u6e2f\u53e3\u8d39\u7528<\/li><li>\u67e5\u9a8c\u8d39\u7528<\/li><li>\u7533\u62a5\u4fee\u6539\u8d39\u7528<\/li><li>\u4ed3\u50a8\u8d39\u53ca\u6ede\u7bb1\u8d39<\/li><li>\u626b\u63cf\u8d39\u7528<\/li><li>\u653f\u5e9c\u76f8\u5173\u8d39\u7528<\/li><li>\u653f\u5e9c\u673a\u6784\u5f81\u6536\u7684\u7f5a\u6b3e<\/li><\/ul><p>DPX \u4e0d\u627f\u62c5\u3001\u5438\u6536\u6216\u8865\u8d34\u4efb\u4f55\u7b2c\u4e09\u65b9\u6216\u653f\u5e9c\u673a\u6784\u6240\u6536\u53d6\u7684\u8d39\u7528\u3002<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><ol start=\"7\"><li><strong> \u8d23\u4efb\u53ca\u8d23\u4efb\u9650\u5236 <\/strong><\/li><\/ol><p>DPX \u4e0d\u627f\u62c5\u3001\u5438\u6536\u6216\u8865\u8d34\u4efb\u4f55\u7b2c\u4e09\u65b9\u6216\u653f\u5e9c\u673a\u6784\u6240\u6536\u53d6\u7684\u8d39\u7528\u3002<\/p><p>DPX \u65e0\u987b\u5bf9\u4e0b\u5217\u4efb\u4f55\u60c5\u51b5\u627f\u62c5\u4efb\u4f55\u6cd5\u5f8b\u6216\u8d54\u507f\u8d23\u4efb\uff1a<\/p><ul><li>\u6d77\u5173\u5ef6\u8bef<\/li><li>\u6e2f\u53e3\u5ef6\u8bef<\/li><li>\u67e5\u9a8c\u7ed3\u679c<\/li><li>\u8bb8\u53ef\u8bc1\u7533\u8bf7\u88ab\u62d2<\/li><li>\u6536\u8d27\u4eba\u63d0\u4f9b\u7684\u9519\u8bef HS start=\"8\"><li><strong> \u4fdd\u5bc6\u53ca\u8d44\u6599\u5904\u7406 <\/strong><\/li><\/ol><p>DPX \u5c06\u5bf9\u6536\u8d27\u4eba\u63d0\u4f9b\u7684\u6240\u6709\u6587\u4ef6\u53ca\u8d44\u6599\u4e88\u4ee5\u4fdd\u5bc6\u3002<\/p><p>\u76f8\u5173\u8d44\u6599\u4ec5\u7528\u4e8e\uff1a<\/p><ul><li>\u5408\u89c4\u5ba1\u6838<\/li><li>\u8bb8\u53ef\u8bc1\u7533\u8bf7\u53ca\u5904\u7406<\/li><li>\u6d77\u5173\u7533\u62a5<\/li><li>\u4e0e\u76d1\u7ba1\u673a\u6784\u8fdb\u884c\u76f8\u5173\u6c9f\u901a<\/li><\/ul><p>\u9664\u9a6c\u6765\u897f\u4e9a\u76f8\u5173\u653f\u5e9c\u6216\u76d1\u7ba1\u673a\u6784\u4f9d\u6cd5\u8981\u6c42\u63d0\u4f9b\u5916\uff0cDPX \u4e0d\u4f1a\u5411\u7b2c\u4e09\u65b9\u62ab\u9732\u5ba2\u6237\u8d44\u6599\u3002<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><ol start=\"9\"><li><strong> \u7533\u62a5\u4fee\u6539\u53ca\u8d44\u6599\u66f4\u6b63 <\/strong><\/li><\/ol><p>\u5982\u56e0\u4ee5\u4e0b\u539f\u56e0\u9700\u8981\u8fdb\u884c\u4efb\u4f55\u7533\u62a5\u4fee\u6539\u6216\u8d44\u6599\u66f4\u6b63\uff0cDPX \u53ef\u6536\u53d6\u989d\u5916\u8d39\u7528\uff1a<\/p><p>DPX \u5c06\u5728\u8fdb\u884c\u76f8\u5173\u4fee\u6539\u524d\u901a\u77e5\u6536\u8d27\u4eba\u3002\u4f46\u5bf9\u4e8e\u56e0\u4fee\u6539\u6216\u66f4\u6b63\u6d41\u7a0b\u6240\u9020\u6210\u7684\u4efb\u4f55\u5ef6\u8bef\uff0cDPX
